(GradeA+) Wedding Coordinator- Molly
Molly is the best wedding coordinator that a bride could ask for and I attribute so much of the success of my wedding day to her. I had hired Molly to be my day of coordinator but she ended up doing so much more. My wedding was not easy to coordinate since the ceremony location was about 45 minutes away from the reception location but she handled the set-up at both beautifully and with ease. She went above and beyond to make my day go smooth. For example, several days before the wedding, she picked up 100 napkins from the restaurant that I was holding the reception at so that she could fold the menu into each napkin, she hung red ribbon on my reception lanterns, she helped with the chair set up at the ceremony site, she helped decorate each reception table, she tied ribbon on each reception chair and she even picked up my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres from my florist and delivered them to me very early in the morning. This is just a small list of what she had helped me with. Never was there a project that Molly said she could not do. Molly met with me several times to discuss my wedding day and she offered to take several projects off of my hands. She was always willing to help and she would check up on me to make sure that I was not stressed out. She kept me on track with my wedding projects. When I first talked with Molly on the phone, I told her that I had not booked my rehearsal dinner yet and I really needed help as my rehearsal was only a week away. Well when we met for the first time, she had already called over 15 restaurants and she had put reservations on hold for me at four of the restaurants. She even had menus for me to take a look at with average pricing at each. Not only is Molly very competent, she is also super creative. She can help you pick out colors, to helping you with your cake, to helping you with your flowers. She truly is a one stop shopping Martha Stewart. I wished that I had met Molly from the beginning of the wedding planning process rather than at the end. Even if you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator, I would still suggest that you contact Molly. She is very affordable, professional, super nice and not pushy at all. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Hiring Molly for my wedding coordinator was the best decision I made. She took care of EVERYTHING! I honestly didn't do anything except pick out my dress, which she came along for with my friends for her advise and support in the decision making and making sure I had everything that I needed to wear the day of (the details are easy to forget and would be a disaster without, but Molly wouldn't let that happen). She ordered all the decorations and set them up (including folding napkins, tieing ribbon around candles, making the center pieces, etc. all of which she spent hours upon hours doing before hand), she booked my wedding site, my caterer, my band, ordered my invitations, ordered my cake, took my dress to get steamed the day of, booked a salon for myself and bridesmaids to get our hair, make-up and nails done, did the complete set-up for my wedding and reception (which looked GORGEOUS!), and even fixed my hair and make-up when the lady at the salon didn't do it as I wanted. She made it look perfect. She walked me through my wedding so I always knew where to be and when so I wasn't stressed out. Molly is the all around must have for your wedding. She will do whatever it takes to make your day wonderful and everything you dreamed. She blew my wedding out of my greatest fairy-tale imaginations. She is very creative, puntual and down-to-earth. I felt she was more than fair with her pricing, as she put in countless hours to make my day amazing. All I ever had to do was ask and it was taken care of, no problem. She made my engagement relaxing and fun rather than chaotic and scary. I was able to tell her what I wanted, she gave me even more great ideas, and then she took care of the rest. I was amazed by her and can't imagine what my wedding would have been like with out her. I had no idea what all the details to a wedding were, so I wouldn't have known where to start. She has so much knowledge and experience and does it all confidently with ease. I don't know how she does it. All I know is having her do it was a decision that I wouldn't change for anything.
