From my own experience, I know that wedding coordination is the most stressful part of what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Finding all the perfect things at the right cost is the goal, but where to begin? Where does one find the right venue, catering, favors, flowers, rentals, and other necessities? It can be mind boggling trying to put together the perfect day.
Let me take away some of the stress and confusion. I understand that you are extremely busy and that the planning of your event is extremely important. This does not mean that you will be uninvolved; in fact I insist that my clients attend several meetings that fit with their schedule in order to discuss progress, details, and make choices. I don't want to plan every detail of your event for you; I simply want to take the stress out of the process by providing you with well researched options.
Services that I can provide include, but are not limited to:
Extensive Local Vendor/Service Search & verification of availability and costs (i.e. Caterers, Photographers, Florists, Dance halls, etc)
Assistance w/ choosing vendors if necessary, as well as choosing a printer for invitations, or choosing party favors/decorations (I will address and mail your invitations as well if you would like)
Thorough written estimate and plan customized for your event, and clear frequent communication to avoid problems or miscommunications
Detailed plans for themed weddings (i.e. Beach, Hawaiian/Luau, Medieval/Renaissance, etc)
Flexible Appointment Times (Including some weekends and holidays if necessary)
Detailed written and verbal progress reports (No surprises here. You'll know how things are going)
Access to other services I provide, such as floral design and catering if desired (Discounts may apply for use of multiple services)
