Veronique - Ceremony Site

Veronique is located on the first floor of the Longwood Towers complex and features two distinctive ballrooms offering rich, opulent settings that transport your guests to a bygone era. Built in 1924, the complex was regarded as the most luxurious residential hotel of its time. Modeled in the English Tudor style, Longwood Towers quickly became a Brookline landmark, and was home to celebrities including Babe Ruth. Today, some of the most distinguished events in Boston have graced Longwood Events’ two private reception rooms, which are ideal for grand social occasions and corporate celebrations.

The Ballroom:

The Ballroom boasts modern-luxe design blended with rich old-world beauty. Vaulted archways and hand-carved mahogany beams define the room’s soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balcony and mezzanine. Gargoyles and relief sculpture add an extra level of styled antiquity. For discerning event hosts who prefer originality in lieu of hotel banquet rooms, The Ballroom offers an intriguing, dramatic setting for wedding receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate meetings, holiday parties, fund-raising and black-tie galas.

The Club embraces guests with dark, sensual elegance. Deep mahogany paneling and an ornate gold-leaf ceiling create a warm ambiance further enhanced by the natural light flooding through the room’s expansive windows. The venue incorporates lavish Baroque-style design through its luxurious draperies and fabrics, and intricate patterns. The Club is an ideal space for intimate weddings, elegant dinner parties, business meetings and family celebrations. Overlooking the main room is a private balcony, topped by a skylight, offering a unique setting for intimate celebrations or corporate discussions.
