Sherrard Photography will do our best in our efforts to provide you with a loving, comfortable, upbeat atmosphere when capturing your wedding day. Make your day have one less stress knowing that your photographer and photos are professional and reflect your personal style of photography. Through experience we found that natural expression is better found when in natural surroundings which is why we love to shoot on location. Photographing in a location that's important and familiar to you will create a more relaxed atmosphere and encourages spontaneous moments that otherwise wouldn't be found in a studio setting.

As the times change, so does our equipment. Sherrard Photography shoots only in digital. We have recently added the Nikon D2XS to our studio to increase the excellence in image quality. Incorparating digital has abridged the time it takes to take, edit, print, and turn over the photographs to our clients. While the key component in creating a good photograph remains the talent behind the camera, digital photography has brought a new relevance to the actual equipment being used.

Born and bred in England, Justin Sherrard started his photography career very early in his life. The country side of England was his back garden as a child and like most aspiring photographers, captivating a glorious image came second nature to him. At age 19 his travels took him to many places abroad. Across central European countries is where his first amature photographs caught glimpses of the sun sinking and rising over rooftops, beautiful landscapes of France and Belgium, and catching the romance of life of people in that culture and atmosphere. What better place to "shoot" love than Europe?

Through his journey in France and Belgium, he himself also found love. He proposed to his wife at the top of the Eiffel tower in France. They were wed soon after. They shared a love for life, art, and photography. And sought to start their new lives and business together in America in 2004. They found themselves in Houston, Texas.

Upon moving to a new area, the two immediately begun photographing for big names and companies such as EBONY magazine; Governor of Texas, Rick Perry; Tara Energy; Houston Dynamo Soccer Team; the San Antonio Newspaper; and a few celebrities along the way.
